Terms and Conditions
All goods supplied for hire, remain the property of Candy Cart Land.
Candy Cart Land reserve the rights to take photographs of the Sweet Cart, Ferris Wheel & Ferrero Rocher Stand, prior to the event taking place.
Only Decorations provided by Candy Cart Land are allowed. Any damage or loss caused to the Sweet Cart, Ferris wheel, Ferrero Rocher Stand, Sweets Jars, Glassware, Acrylicware or Decorations will incur a charge.
All the Sweet Cart Hire package prices are based on a minimum of 100g of sweets per person. The Sweet Ferris Wheel includes approx 5 – 6 Kg of sweets. All sweets that are left over from each booking, are packaged up and left with the customer to enjoy. If the Sweet Cart, Ferris Wheel, Ferrero Rocher stand are hired for an event, and it has been agreed for us to collect them the morning after, the customer is more than welcome to take the remaining sweets on the evening of the event. Any sweets that are left in these circumstances will be packaged upon our arrival, and we will agree with the customer, what they wish to do with these. If they wish to keep them, this is with the understanding that they have been left overnight, uncovered. The customer can choose whether they still wish to eat the remaining sweets.

Candy Cart Land will confirm the availability of the date of your choice, and send out a Booking Form. We will hold this date for 14 days. On receipt of the booking form and non-refundable deposit of £30.00, Candy Cart Land will confirm your booking. If a booking is made within 4 weeks of an event. Payment will be required in full on booking. If you make a booking with Candy Cart Land, it will be deemed that you have understood and agreed to all of Candy Cart Land Terms and Conditions.
Candy Cart Land will book and confirm your date on receipt of a £30.00 non-refundable deposit. This £30.00 will be deducted from your total balance to pay.
All outstanding balances are due for payment 4 weeks prior to the event.
Candy Cart Land will also require a £20.00 breakage deposit, which will be refunded within 1 week after the event, subject to no damage, loss or breakages to the Sweet Cart, Ferris Wheel, Ferrero Rocher Stand, Jars, Glassware, Acrylicware or Decorations. (We will notify you of any damage or loss as quickly as possible after the event). If the damage or loss is greater than £20.00, we will send you an Invoice for the required additional amount, which is to be paid within 2 weeks from the Invoice date.
Payments can be made by cash, paypal or bank transfer. (We will confirm receipt of all payments)
Candy Cart Land will accept cancellations, with no additional fee if they are given 4 weeks prior to the event.
Cancellations up to 10 days prior to the event will be charged at 50%.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the event, will be charged in full. All cancellations must be given in writing. Candy Cart Land will confirm your cancellation, and return payments if required within 7 days.
The £30.00 deposit will not be returned
Alterations to the Booking
Candy Cart Land will try and accommodate any changes with regards to the booking. Please contact us via email or telephone to discuss.
Delivery / Sweet Cart Assembly
Free delivery is included in all packages up to 20 miles of Rotherham (S65 Postcode).
Permission for the Sweet Cart to be placed at the venue is the responsibility of the person making the booking.
Please note the size of the cart once assembled is:
Height: 6 Ft 8″ or 210 cm
Length: 5 Ft or 152 cm
Depth: 1Ft 11″ or 60 cm
Only a representative of Candy Cart Land should move any of the items hired.
Sweet Ferris Wheel
The Ferris Wheel is manually turned to enable selection of Sweets. Customers should make suitable arrangements to ensure that children/adults are supervised adequately to avoid any safety issues that may occur.
Food Safety / Allergy Information
Candy Cart Land is advising you that some of our sweets may contain or have traces of nut or nut oils, they may also have been in contact with products and sweets containing nuts. Candy Cart Land is not responsible for any issues resulting from any food allergies.
Candy Cart Land is not responsible for any issues that arise from our customers’ guests using the Sweet Cart. Customers should make suitable arrangements to ensure that children/adults are supervised adequately to avoid any safety issues that may occur.
We are sure that you will be completely satisfied with our Sweet Cart, however, if you do have a complaint, please put this in writing within 7 days of the event. Candy Cart Land reserve the right to refuse compensation. If you make a booking with Candy Cart Land, it will be deemed that you have understood and agreed to all of Candy Cart Land Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions for Sweet Trees
Many of the Sweet Trees are made by attaching the sweets to the trees with cocktail sticks, therefore supervision of adults/children may be required. Sweets to Select are not responsible for any issues that arise whilst enjoying eating our Sweet Trees.
Terms and Conditions for Favours
All our Favours are supplied pre-filled with sweets. These are all freshly made to order, and can be delivered to your venue for an additional cost of £5.00. We don’t take any deposit for the favours, all we ask is that these are paid for 4 weeks prior to the event. Unfortunately if we don’t receive full payment, we will be unable to supply the favours.
